Blessing Effects on Loot

Untitled

Blessing

Monsters, Props, and Chests are responsible for providing loot for the player in the world of Dungeon Drafters. By defeating monsters, destroying props and opening chests, the player may be granted shards, cards, and even boosters. The quality of the reward is defined by a few variables, this includes the difficulty of the room, the monster modifier, the player blessing modifier, and progression bonus.

Monster Drops

Every monster has its own chance of dropping something. This includes Shards, a Card, or a Boosters.

  1. Verify if something will be dropped using the Ruler System. Only continue if the result is positive.

Note: If there is already loot on the tile, drop the drops in the closest free tile. If there is no free tile, skip this drop.

  2. If there is at least one card on the pool, try dropping one card based in the chance of the Cards Drop Rate.

  3. If no card dropped and there is at least one booster in the pool, try dropping one booster based on the chance of the Booster Drop Rate.

  4. If nothing else drops drop between 50 to 150 shards.

Elite

Every elite and boss has a 100% chance of dropping something. This includes Shards, a Card, or a Boosters.
